## Summary

A recent incident at a Tihar gathering highlights the ongoing issue of policing gender roles in Nepal. A young boy's carefree dance was met with laughter and brief applause, only to be followed by a comment that reinforces societal expectations of traditional masculinity. This incident underscores the need for a more inclusive and accepting environment where individuals can freely express themselves without fear of judgment or ridicule.
