## Summary

The Nepali Congress has appointed Pushpa Bhusal as its vice-president, marking a milestone in the party's history. This achievement comes through the reserved quota system, a significant step towards gender equality in the party's leadership. Bhusal's appointment follows in the footsteps of Shailaja Acharya, who also held the position of vice-president. The development is seen as a positive step towards greater representation and inclusivity within the party.
